Master, Tetsunosuke Yasuda and his late teacher Eiichi Miyazato.

individual member's life.
To promote the moral, mental, physical and
social wellbeing of our members.
To stimulate interest in and influence
public opinion, regarding our Style and its practitioners.
To promote,
maintain and regulate a high technical standard within our Style, through the
use of a Syllabus.
To promote the training of quality Instructors
within our Style. |
Goju Ryu Karate Training Our classes are
specifically aimed at personal development, self defence, health and fitness.
We train and teach traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate Do in the same way as
it is taught at the Jundokan So Honbu Dojo in Naha Okinawa. The training is
progressively demanding as each student's physical and mental strength and
skill increases, thereby encouraging personal qualities of austerity, sincerity
and gentleness. We do not teach "sport" or "competition" karate, although
students are welcome to take part in tournaments if they so wish.
